I had heart palpitations and chest pains that were persisting and getting worse. The staff at Auburn Multicare Hospital genuinely cared about not only my concerns but about my comfort and how i was being treated. From the nurses to the doctor, this was the best experience of my life in an ER. I heard "code 30 full capacity" several times i was there. One employee told me they lost 75% of their staff in the last year. If that's the case, what i witnessed last night by the staff was nothing short of remarkable in their care, their composure and their professionalism. They are pushed to their limits and all i could sense was their concern about their patients. My doctor, Dr. Muminova, explained my options and what to expect in the coming days beyond her duty and before she went to her next patient asked me to pull down my mask. "Ok. Thank you. I want to know my patients face. Who they are." I was there alone, very concerned and this staff made me forget all of that. They deserve a raise and a bonus but most of all our respect. It was impressive to watch them work.

I am writing this review with immense gratitude for the entire team at this facility. I was admitted for an appendectomy and, despite being quite sick before and after the surgery, the level of care and personalized attention I received was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff treated me with such kindness and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure I was extremely comfortable. They anticipated my needs, were always available to help with any request, and made a difficult period as pleasant as it possibly could be. The surgery itself went great, I would like to thank Doctor keating(sorry if misspelled your names)Nurse Alla, Nurse Peter, Nurse Eunasil, Nurse Jessica and may of the nurses on the first floor. Thank you for turning what could have been a scary experience into one defined by comfort and support. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of top-tier medical care.

We read the negative reviews and saw the low rating, which made us a little concerned. But being here for the birth of our child was very heartwarming. Nurses are very open helpfully and warm. They care they see you. We loved the place. So 5 stars.

Got me in right away after 5 minutes of being in the waiting room for radiography, I pinched my sciatic nerve this morning at 2am and had been crying all day from the pain in my lower back not even able to move, the nurse who took my X-rays today at about 3:30pm in what I believe was room 3? WAS SO KIND she was everything I aspire to be when it comes to the true meaning of patience and the will to really care and wanting to take care of her patients. Thank you all for being so speedy with getting me in and out and doing the best for your ability to get me help <3

Courteous, efficient, caring, thorough and honest. The wait is not long and worth waiting for. I’ve gone here twice with 2 of my children and both times, unrelated, separate children visits and I noticed how consistent they are. I appreciate this especially with not living here very long and needing emergency services.

I am so thankful for taking my daughter to this hospital. I am sitting in the Emergency room, and seeing my daughter having the respectul care that she deserves. My daughter stopped eating , swallowing all and everything for 2 weeks. Pain in her neck, throat. Felt a ball of mucus in her throat. I took her multicare Convington, St. Elizabeth and they Denied service, and instead told me to look for an ENT doctor because what my daughter has in not emergency. I was thinking what do they considered emergency? My daughter dying in their hands it is emergency, I guess. My daughter is very weak, and because of these irresponsible doctors in these hospital , she started today having breathing problems. She is here now at multicare auburn, and in a IV, had a CT scan, blood tests. Doctors and nurses here deserve a BIG THANK YOU for doing what no other hospitals have done to my daughter. Thank you for taking care of my daughter tonight

Our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care my father-in-law received during his stay. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. They truly went above and beyond in providing comfort, dignity, and attentive care throughout his time on hospice. During such a difficult period for our family, the support we received meant more than words can express. A special thank you to Nurse Natalia and Dr. Ricardo LaFleur for their professionalism, empathy, and genuine compassion. They not only cared for our loved one with respect and tenderness, but also supported our family every step of the way. We will always remember their kindness and dedication. Thank you so much!

This hospital has a really great staff whom are friendly, helpful and never give you “The Sigh” when interrupting what they’re doing to ask them a question. I was visiting the facility for a pre-surgery E.K.G. and it was a warm and comfortable waiting area they provided. It’s incredible that they are able to take walk-in’s for E.K.G. Work, but it is far quicker to have an appointment! Still, it is amazing to have the ability to walk-in.

*This review is specific to the birthing center* I had my third baby on April 10th at Auburn, my second delivery here, and it was incredible. My nurses were literal angels in scrubs and made the experience so lovely despite my high risk pregnancy complications. Words cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for the nurses and doctors who facilitated my care and the safe delivery of my baby boy. Special shoutout to my rotation of nurses Including Renee, Sheila, Amanda, and Kellie. Dr. Park did an excellent job on my c-section after a failure to progress during labor. My nurse Sheila made me feel so comfortable and confident in having an emergency c-section by sharing her own personal experience. It really helped me feel so much better during a scary and emotional turn of events. Our discharge nurse Amanda was an absolute Angel and gave us so many amazing tips for baby. Renee was so cautious and was the first nurse to catch that our baby was having heart decelerations during labor which ultimately led to my c-section. Kellie is an expert laborist nurse and showed me so many different positions to help dilate, she is such a kind and sweet soul and made me feel so safe and dare I even say “loved” during my long labor. I had an Excellent experience from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, caring, and incredibly helpful. They guided me through every step and made everything easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Dr. Ken Haberman. He is not only an outstanding urologist, but also a genuinely kind and compassionate person. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his patients are exceptional. I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received.
